Before earning her real estate license in 2016, Alicia spent five years leasing residential properties for the largest property management company in North Dakota. She has practiced real estate in North Dakota and Minnesota and is excited to serve clients in Wisconsin!

Alicia specializes in commercial real estate, including restaurant, retail, and office properties, and has worked on multiple retail development projects. Her notable transactions include Maurices Corporate Headquarters (Ascena Retail Group), the Minnesota Office of the State Auditor, the University of Minnesota, St. Louis County Veteran Services, and the Armed Forces Recruiter’s Office.
